Initial Teacher Training – Week 1
Our Associate Teachers have made a brilliant start to their teaching journey – only one week in, and they’ve covered so much. They’ve had their induction with SPP and the University of Chester, spent P.D. days in their schools, and worked with children in classes.
At the end of the first week, they completed a Professional Development Day focused on safeguarding and classroom management. This was a great session – an excellent learning opportunity and time for reflection.
