- Providing invaluable school-to-school support, sharing resources and lending expertise to help schools thrive.
Proudly collaborating as a core partner with the Shropshire and Telford Educational Partnership (STEP) as Shropshire’s Teaching School Hub, alongside our established strategic partner, the University of Chester.

The primary focus is to simplify support for the teacher recruitment and retention strategy in partnership with the DFE, thereby enhancing school performance in our area. STEP work closely with local schools to facilitate initial teacher training, implement the new Early Career Framework, serve as an appropriate body under statutory changes, offer National Professional Qualifications for leaders and provide research informed CPD tailored to local needs.
